Survey of National Lottery Heritage Fund Staff and Grantees

We recently completed some survey work for the National Lottery Heritage Fund, seeking feedback from both staff and grantee organisations about the Register of Support Services (RoSS) framework of external consultants that the Heritage Fund uses (https://www.heritagefund.org.uk/about/our-people/project-support-consultants-ross-framework). The online surveys achieved excellent response rates, and the findings will help inform the future delivery of the support provided.
