Heritage Lottery Fund - Evaluation of Heritage Lottery Fund Catalyst: capacity building programmes

DC Research, working in partnership with Emmie Kell Consulting are delighted to have been appointed by the Heritage Lottery Fund to carry out the Evaluation of the HLF Catalyst: capacity building programmes.

The evaluation took place between September 2014 and March 2017 and evaluated both the Catalyst: Umbrella Grants (grants awarded to Umbrella organisations to deliver a range of capacity building services, learning and networking opportunities to heritage organisations) and the Catalyst: Small Grants (grants awarded to enable individual organisations to undertake capacity building activity) strands.
