Heritage Lottery Fund - Heritage Lottery Fund Grantee Benchmarking Survey

Heritage Lottery Fund (HLF) commissioned DC Research Ltd to carry out a survey of grantee organisations that are receiving support from an HLF appointed consultant on their HLF-funded project. The aim of the survey was to gather feedback from grantees on their experiences of the consultancy support they are receiving. It provided projects with the opportunity to influence how HLF can improve this service in future – helping HLF to identify what works well, and where things could be done better.

The results will be used to inform any changes to the way HLF deploy consultancy support in the future.
