Historic Environment Scotland - An Evaluation of the Delivery and Impact of 'Our Place in Time' - the Historic Environment Strategy for Scotland

DC Research was commissioned to carry out the Evaluation of the Delivery and Impact of Our Place in Time (OPiT) – the historic environment strategy for Scotland – on behalf of Historic Environment Scotland (HES). This was a mid-term review, with 2019 being year 5 of this 10-year strategy.

The evaluation included various desk-based research tasks as well as a range of consultations. This includes one-to-one interviews with key stakeholders and partners, meetings with the OPiT Strategy Working Groups, and an online survey.
